1. Ahem. Working at that Saudi Base should be considered
extremely dangerous. Not a long live expectancy in any conflict.

11. Disinformation at times makes them suspect
The problem with debka is that it is run by a couple of "supposedly"
ex-Mossad agents. Whereas they have put out some serious scoops, they also put out a fair amount of disinformation. Or, at the very least, it is completely unconfirmable, and sometimes contradicted by better sources. I used to recommend it, but now I only recommend it to someone who follows it along with a bunch of other sources and who is willing to suspect it of disinformation.

2. Does this mean the U.S. should invade
Saudi Arabia? Sorry. We just used all our men and money and political capital in Afghanistan and Iraq.

8. Debka is fiction at best...
...and targeted propaganda at worst.

Remember when they said that hundreds of CHINESE troops were helping the Taliban in 2001? I could probably come up with another 200 examples of utter falsehoods they apparently made up out of whole cloth if I cared to, but I don't.

In any case, Israel's air force is really second to none. They've improved on most of the fighter jet designs they got from us (and sold a couple of them to the Chinese), and have a top notch flight school.

I'd say that Saudi Arabia has more to fear from Israeli jets at this point than Israel has to fear from Saudi Arabian ones.

Bah!

6. Debka?
Debka is good for a few chuckles, and that is about it.

Debka has run so many stories that were just utterly wrong that I have come to believe they just make crap up. One of many of their laughable stories was the one about how the Iraqi army was secretly moving through Jordan in preparations to help the Palestinians with their Infifada. Total garbage.

I wouldn't trust anything I read in Debka. I hold it on par with the Weekly World News. Perhaps Debka will start reporting on how the batboy has converted to Islam and is now plotting with Bin Laden to attack Israel from the Bekkaa Valley with the WMD's that were secretly moved there from Iraq before the war?

Israel extremely concerned at close proximity to its borders of any other sovereign nation it seems ;-)

They really should have picked an island, australia perhaps.

They seem to cry wolf at the mere existence of other nations, the paranoia that was spoken of by the french (or was it germans?).
