John "Digger" Dolan, the self-styled antiterrorism warrior and serial drunken driver, has flown the coop.
Delaware County Court Judge Charles C. Keeler issued a warrant yesterday for the arrest of Dolan, a purveyor of telecommunications software who has had friends in high places.
<snip>
Mattera said that in the letter, Dolan also claimed he was being pursued by "an Arab-American Philadelphia Inquirer reporter," whom Dolan said had "links to al- Qaeda." He did not identify the reporter.
Dolan's accusation came after an article in yesterday's Inquirer. The story reported that U.S. Rep. Curt Weldon (R., Pa.) had twice asked House members to allocate $5 million to Dolan's company for antiterror software that flags suspicious telephone calls.

This guy has beaten the DUI rap countless times by dropping names of politican friends, or by simply lying.
Curt Weldon tried to get him a big software contract for homeland security.
Oh, and he used to be the president of a Young Republicans chapter near/in Radnor, PA. Previous articles (in the paper, but not online) tied him to various gov't officials.
