Catholic bishops support marriage amendment
http://www.advocate.com/new_news.asp?ID=9821&sd=09/10/03

The leaders of the nation's Roman Catholic bishops announced their "general support" Wednesday for a proposed amendment to the U.S. Constitution that would define marriage strictly as a union of a man and a woman. The 50-member administrative committee of the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops, meeting privately in Washington, D.C., acted after the Vatican issued a call to defend traditional marriage and the Canadian government decided to legalize same-sex marriage.

1. If you looked up the word hypocrisy
should you not find the Roman Catholic church associated with that word? They need to clean house first, then maybe just maybe, I will listen to what they have to say. Until then with their cover-ups I am sure the devil has a nice toasty place for the one's involved.

2. They had better not speak favorably of it at my school.
I gave them a pass on playing "Proud to be an American" in chapel, but this would be the last straw.

3. So, how many of the
Catholics who were sexually abused by priests are going to be on the front lines of this abomination?

5. Why are they tax exempt?
Political organizations have to pay taxes, right?
