1. Yeah, they're sorry
Sorry that they have to apologize again....and hand out restitution to the families of the victims....sorry that the world will once again be carping like crows...

Question #1: Why is the US back in Fallujah? The last I heard, they had wisely cleared out because it was such a powderkeg, they needed to leave or the whole place would be destroyed.

Question #2: Why do we read differences in the time of the gunfight? Now the fighting is reported as being 3 hours long. Yesterday I read that it was a gunfight which lasted 30 minutes, which resulted in the Iraqi policement getting killed. US reporting on this war is like a playground at the elementary school: you can never count on any fact being accurate. "Facts" are constantly changed, revised to fit the situation, like the helicopter which tore down the religious banner in Baghdad. "Oh, well the tire got stuck in the banner". Later, apologies.

Question #3: When are we going to get out?
