1. This has become quite common place!

At the start of the war we bestowed the Distinguished Flying Cross on the pilot and crew of a B1 bomber that obliterated an entire city block in Baghdad in a misguided attempt to get at Saddam. No one has yet to apologize for that incident!

I would NOT want to trust my life with that aircraft.

However, Bush does need to admit that he gave them orders based on bad information and that we killed a lot of civilians (it was a cafe and apartment block if I recall) for no good reason whatsoever.
