WASHINGTON (CNN) -- President Bush said Tuesday that the United States needs better intelligence gathering to further gains in the so-called global war on terrorism.

Intelligence agencies need to improve in one particular area, he said.

"Human intelligence, the ability to get inside somebody's mind, the ability to read somebody's mail, the ability to listen to somebody's phone call -- that somebody being the enemy," Bush said in an interview with CNN senior White House correspondent John King.

Lack of human intelligence has been blamed for the belief that stockpiles of weapons of mass destruction existed in Iraq before the war. Their presumed presence was the stated rationale for the U.S.-led invasion in March 2003, but the U.S. government recently abandoned efforts to find them.

Upon further reading, though, he moves towards paranoia.

Moreover, he somehow believes any of us have completely mastered "reading others' minds",...which is delusional.

You see, Mr. pResident, there is a logical reason why due process was written into the Constitution,...it was to protect the public from the likes of you who magically believes you can read others' minds and know whether or not they will, in some future time, become your enemy. Due process prevents "witch hunts" and religious persecution/vengeance and all that crazy human shit that has happened in the past.

But, you don't read. You believe you're "right" no matter what facts are in your face. So, you have no respect for the "rule of law" or our Constitution or the concept of democracy or freedom or liberty or any of those empty words you spew upon the masses.

Too funny, and almost too easy. ;) The sad thing is that there was good intelligence, but BushCo wouldn't listen to it. There was no need for us to get into this mess. The fault was not in the intelligence community, but in the White House, where "intelligence" is still a dirty word.

Which is why it is so incredibly shameful that we had weapons inspectors in Iraq and, instead of letting them do their job (and finding out there WERE no WMDs), they were pulled out. If he had let the inspectors continue, the invasion would not have been necessary. 'Course, noone in our whore media is going to confront him with that fact.

Each time the idiot utters the word "intelligence", the word gets associated with him a little more. The fact that he is a bona fide idiot thus gets a little weaker in the general opinion. This has been lasting for years now and is akin to his use of complicated words and tournures (e.g. "awe", "of our own chosing"). You might expect continued use of this little trick, particularly when the situation tends to put forth his stupidity.
