8. IMO , when the US dismantles it's WMD and WMD programs

it will have the moral authority to request others to do the same. Until then they need to just shut the hell up. With bush in the oval office these nations would be crazy NOT to have WMD programs. They have to be able to deter a US attack/invasion and possessing WMD is the only way they can do that.

However, anybody who would by this time take the word of a member of the Bush junta about such matters at face value is a fool.

Mr. Bolton's word is not good enough. He is just one of many liars who serve the American dictator. In turn, Mr. Bush is a man who utters more falsehoods than truths.

The world should demand independent verifaction. This time, nothing less should be accepted. Should the junta launch another rogue invasion, as was done in Iraq, an international tribunal should convene and issue indictments.

Of course, an international tribunal should convene and issue indictments for war crimes in Iraq regardless of any pending crisis in Syria.
