N.Korea Has Bought Complete Nuclear Bomb - Report

SEOUL (Reuters) - North Korea appears to have bought a complete nuclear weapon from either Pakistan or a former Soviet Union state, a South Korean newspaper said on Thursday quoting a source in Washington.

Seoul Shinmun quoted the source as saying the United States was checking the intelligence.

The purchase was apparently intended to avoid nuclear weapons testing that could be detected from the outside, the source was quoted as saying.

North Korea has never officially declared that it possessed atomic weapons, speaking instead of its "nuclear deterrent."

And one of its customers has been Pakistan, which has a nuclear arsenal of its own but needs the missiles to more effectively deliver the warheads to the interior of its rival, India. According to the report, Pakistan sent prototypes of high-speed centrifuge machines to North Korea. And sometime in 2001 North Korean scientists began to enrich uranium in significant quantities. Pakistan also provided data on how to build and test a uranium-triggered nuclear weapon, the C.I.A. report said.

It shows how a HANE (high altitude nuclear explosion)over KOREA would affect the US's constellation of LEOs (low earth orbit satellites).

The charged particles in the ionosphere would kill the DOD satellites thereby leaving the DOD blinded, their worst fear.

The US DOD accidentally killed 7 of their own satellites when they set off a HANE in the ionosphere in 1962. It took 10 years for the Van Allen Belts to stabilize.

They hope that the HAARP and ELF projects can 'vacuum' the ionosphere clear of charged particles in a week instead of a year so they can recover from being blinded sooner.

This is why Condi will introduce a treaty giving the US DOD control of all the world's oceans this year, so they can keep killing all the whales, dolphins, and other sea life for US military strategic purposes as they continue the war for global domination.

(Oh, and yes, this technology might have unintended affects on weather and possibly even plate tectonics. That is not 'kooky conspiracy theory.' Do the research.)

The US came awfully close in 1994 to launching aggression in the form of a "limited strike." N. Korea will not allow such a strike without ten-fold retaliation. Rumsfeld wants to draw back US bases because of the possibility of war, he wants troops out of artillery range. The signs are that war is a danger. N. Korea has pursued a correct strategy if their goal is to forestall aggression but it is possible.
