Children tell story of torture

Officers are searching for a couple accused of using electric shock, hammers and starvation to abuse kids in their custody.

Investigators say they think John E. Dollar, 58, and his wife Linda, 51, left Citrus County in a motor home, clearing out the valuables in their rural home after learning of the allegations against them.

Torture no matter how bad, as long as it does not end in death of the Victim is NOT a death Penalty crime. Thus whether we have the Death Penalty or not does not affect this case and this case has no bearing on whether we have a Death Penalty.

If appointed to do so by the state, I'd whack these two myself, without the slightest bit of remorse.
