HOWARD BAKER: Threat in Korea 'deadly'
TOKYO -- Breaking with the Bush administration's muted response to North Korea, Howard Baker Jr., the departing U.S. ambassador to Japan, has blasted Pyongyang as a nuclear proliferator and called its bomb arsenal "a deadly threat."

"The thing I worry most about with the North Koreans, to tell you the truth, is not that they're going to bomb Tokyo, but rather that they have a demonstrated record of selling any military device they own," Baker said this week in a news briefing marked by bluntness as he prepared to leave Japan on Thursday, ending three and a half years in the post. "A regime such as the North Koreans', with that record, selling nuclear material to all comers, is a very serious issue."

2. What the HELL are you talking about??
The US NEVER gave North Korea any nukes. I don't know where you got that silly idea. They were all developed by the North Koreans themselves.

Get your head out of the sand.
