Training Iraqis to fight?

From today's WSJ: The struggle to train a new generation of Iraqi military leaders is emerging as a crucial hurdle to bringing U.S. troops home. And U.S. officials say that whether an Iraqi force succeeds or fails often comes down to one person: its commander.
