Schwarzenegger Claims Campaign Momentum
Please rate this story a 1, only because you can't rate it a zero:

http://story.news.yahoo.com/news?tmpl=story&u=/ap/20031006/ap_on_el_gu/davis_recall&cid=511&ncid=716

Is is news in any way, shape or form for a candidate to be 'claiming momentum'? This is a result of right-wing complaints about (legitimate) coverage of Arnold's harrassment. While you're at it let AP know this is bullshit:

3. How many things did Davis "claim" today? None of it made the front page
The media is incredible in their defense of Arnold.

If he was anyone else, at least any Democrat, he would have 2% of the vote by now because the media would have destroyed him.

4. They've Changed the Headline
Now it reads:

Recall Candidates Begin Last Campaign Day

I'm waiting for the headline: "Schwarzenegger linked to Lay, Milken, Cheney!"

I even called the LA Times and Daily News city desks and talked to reporters about Palast's article.

The guy from the Times said Arnold had denied Palast's allegation.

And it sounds like they let him get away with it.

Email and call the press about the Palast article!
