Comments on Internet Rulemaking Due Today
Comments on the proposed rulemaking on Internet communications are due today. Bob Bauer's may be found here. They address specific issues raised by the Commission but also call for a Statement of Policy to "reassure the 'world of the Internet' that this is not the first phase of more expansive regulation but a balm for judicial unease about leaving the field completely unregulated." (6/3/05)

1. Excellent, and very Informative Link! Thanks...
Un-suavy to this, does this mean Internet money exchange will not be regulated or we'll not be able to donate online?

Any informative help would be appreicated. Thanks again.
