SKorea urges US not to provoke NKorea
South Korean Foreign Minister Ban Ki-Moon said he has urged the United States to avoid provoking North Korea at a time when hopes are high for a new round of six-party nuclear talks.

He said he made the request to US Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice in Brussels last week during a conference of donor countries for Iraq.

'I made an open request that North Korea should not be provoked ... unnecessarily at a time when a positive atmosphere is proceeding,' Ban told YTN cable news television.

'I explained to Secretary Rice that the United States and other dialogue partners need to be circumspect in behavior and she expressed understanding.'

7. I am involve with lot of Korean friends and they hate Bush.
They think Bush might cause NKorea to provoke war with SKorea and they also think, Bush want this to happen. They're all very scare just as we are.

4. Far Far too reasonable those Koreans...
Ain't going to happen...inviting the Bush Brew Crew to any 'diplomatic' talks is like inviting hillbillies to an open-bar wedding...you know they are going to pick a fight with the bride-groom, steal cutlery and slash some one's tires...
