(Newsday) Ex-publisher (and education big-wig) in kid porn sting
http://www.nydailynews.com/front/story/323582p-276540c.html

A former Newsday publisher and education bigwig was busted yesterday on charges he collected kiddie porn on his company computer - and tried to destroy the files when the feds started investigating.

Robert Johnson, 59, downloaded two videos, including one called "Real Child Rape," in his office at Bowne & Co., a financial publishing firm where he became chief executive after leaving Newsday in 1994, authorities said.

"They are pretty ugly, pretty reprehensible and, unfortunately, they caught Mr. Johnson's interest," said Marvin Walker, acting special agent in charge of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

When Johnson got wind of the agency's investigation last May, he allegedly used a computer program called "Evidence Eliminator" to wipe 12,000 files off his hard drive. "The guilty conscience took over," said Walker.

1. "Carrying a Bible, Mr. Johnson pleaded 'not guilty.'
That's what eats my lunch. These RW Christian intolerant SOBs are always shaking their heads and pointing fingers at inner city poor druggies and gays while holding back the floodgates to their own closets that are filled with filty debris.

4. a dumb Repug donor
The allegations stem from a 2003 probe into a Belarus company that ran credit-card billing services for 50 child-smut Web sites. More than 1,200 people who downloaded porn from those sites, including a Ringling Bros. circus clown named Spanky, have since been arrested.

Step right up all you fools, you want Kiddie Porn NO PROBLEM, just give me your Credit Card Number and billing address..... :banghead:

7. Won't someone think of the children\? The internet must be stopped.
The internet is evil, it must be regulated. Don't pay any attention to what the republicans are doing to civil liberties, there is a blond missing on Aruba, Michael Jackson is free to molest again, internet predators are luring your children.

A distraction, serves two purposes, distracts you from the war, the environment, and government corrruption under Bush, and it also promotes the conservative agenda to shut down the free speech of the internet under the guise of "protecting the children."

This tawdry crap shouldn't waste anyone's time except the cops prosecuting it.

10. I love this
If the offender is a proven republican donor, we have no problem (rightfully) pounding his ass. I'm saddened to wager, however, that had we not known his political affiliation, some DUers would be up in arms defending him, as shown in thread-after-thread lamenting the treatment of pedophiles.

11. I can't think of a single person (except other pedophiles)
who would support a disgusting pervert pedophile, no matter the party affliation. However, it does seem that there are democrats and pedophiles.
