http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,161080,00.html WASHINGTON — A scientific article about the possibility of terrorists poisoning thousands of people through the milk supply was published over the government's objections after the National Academy of Sciences (search) concluded that terrorists would not gain any know-how from the report...
Does the Dept of Ag have anyone who has been outside a city? First they hold up the report of the Mad Cow and now this double-double disinformation piece.
My Uncle runs a Class A Dairy farm. When they come to pick up a load in the tanker they take a vial for testing before they unload it. (My uncle does his own tests too). The load is tested before processing and if ANY foreign substance is found they hold it and retest the vials and the Dairyman who sent it gets to pay for the whole truckload of milk. He knows. He gave an injection to a bull and then went and double washed his hand (they always do) with special approved cleaners. His load tested for antibiotics and he had to buy the truckload of milk. Add to that after the ecoli problem that happened here at Schwantz in Minnesota a few years ago trucks and truckers are similarly squeaky clean. (That time they used a truck that had been hauling unpasteurized eggs to haul ice cream mix and the batch got contaminated and there was a recall).
I suppose it could maybe happen in red states but not in the blue ones. If it did I would suspect a domestic terrorist if you know what I mean.(Anthrax)
