US will never be able to use arms on N.Korea - Roh

SEOUL (Reuters) - The United States will never be able to resort to military means to end the North Korean nuclear crisis, South Korean President Roh Moo-hyun said on Thursday.

The standoff over Pyongyang's nuclear ambitions pits the world's most stubborn country, North Korea, against the country with the strongest voice in the world, the United States, and therefore a resolution is inherently complicated, Roh said.

"But neither side has the freedom to take the situation to a breakdown," Roh told senior South Korean journalists at the presidential Blue House.

"Under no circumstances can the North choose nuclear weapons, and under no circumstances can the United States choose military means," Roh said.

1. I had a dream once about invading North Korea
We won really easily because we somehow hacked their computer system and disabled all of their missiles, and I suppose something like an EMP disabled all of their vehicles.

4. I went to North Korea once.
I would not wish that adventure on anyone.

I expect a new adventure would be about the same as the last.

5. I understand
I wasn't trying to imply I wished we'd go there, just that I had a dream that we broke their military with an EMP and computer hacking.

2. Glad that he said that
loud and clear: (paraphrasing) Mr. Bush, you have no support for your war here.

South Korea has everything to lose in a hot war with their northern neighbors; most Koreans expect that the two countries will be reunited one day, just under who's terms is the question.

3. And Bush is too much of a Pussy.
He's not man enough to take on an armed threat like North Korea or China.

Just countries that are a hair past the Bronze age.

Pussy. Wimp.
