'Yes' leads in Luxembourg EU vote

Partial results from Luxembourg's referendum on the European constitution suggest the "Yes" camp has won.

So far, 56% appear to have voted in favour of the charter. Votes have already been counted in 93.5% of the constituencies.

Those include the key town of Esch- sur-Alzette and part of the capital.

Opinion polls last month suggested a narrow majority in favour. Luxembourg is one of the European Union's founding member countries.
