Two Koreas Agree on Cooperation, Rice Aid
By JI-SOO KIM, Associated Press Writer

SEOUL, South Korea - South Korea agreed Tuesday to provide the communist North with 500,000 tons in rice aid as the countries vowed to boost economic ties after Pyongyang announced it would end its boycott of international nuclear disarmament talks.

After negotiations lasting through the night, the two Koreas also agreed the South would give the North raw materials to help it produce clothes, shoes and soap for internal consumption by its impoverished population.

In return, the South will be given investment rights into North Korean mining operations for zinc, magnesite and coal, the sides said in a joint statement.

1. Imagine that - counrties trying to get along without US bombs
.
.
.

Betcha the US get's it's claws in there and fucks things up - can't have other nations making peace among themselves ya know . .

Heck - the PNACers got newclear toys they wanna play with yet . . .

and North Korea was to be their playground for more massacres

The rest of the world knows that even if NK does possess nukes, they would only use them if attacked - half a dozen nukes would do nothing compared to the thousands of nukes that the USA has, and they know that.

The US trying to convince the world that a country with a half a dozen bullets is a danger to the world is nuts - but unfortunately - too many American voters will buy it

That's why democracy is not necessarily the best governmental body - stupid voters, . . . need I say more?

Oh yeah - they voted that warmonger Boosh back in

(sigh)
