Police find suspected car in London bombings Tue Jul 12,10:30 AM ET

LONDON (Reuters) - British police closed down a railway station north of the capital on Tuesday to recover a car suspected of being involved in last week's London bomb attacks.


Bedfordshire police, working with London officers hunting the suspected al Qaeda bombers, said they had closed Luton station and cordoned off surrounding streets.

"Police believe the vehicle may be connected to the terrorist attacks in London on July 7 and will be examined in the car park for safety reasons before being taken away to a secure location," police said in a statement.

I suspect some of the victims may have cars in garages too. In the US many of us "Park and ride".

I sincerely hope this tragedy wasn't a false flag operation, I can't seem to shake that feeling.

someone from a car rental firm turned up, to find out what had happened to the car he had rented out, and the speculation was thus that the car later given 'controlled explosions' in Luton was that one.
