Apple Sales Leap 75 Percent on iPod Sales

Apple Computer Inc. saw sales jump 75 percent in its latest quarter — and net income more than quadruple — as sizzling sales of iPod music players led the company to what CEO Steve Jobs called its best quarterly performance.

I love it but wish I had waited two weeks until they released the 20 GB iPod with a color screen.

9. I think that says it all - hilarious. iPod hit the nail in sales, but

it's one of the worse sounding mp3 players on the market. I'm a bit amazed at how everyone is so crazy about it, but design says a lot sometimes. I bought one and now my GF and her two siblings have one. Gave mine to my daughter b/c I bought the iRiver. Check that one out too - sounds great.

24. Google H10. The really cool ones are H320 and H340, but they're

being phased out. They all have color screens that show photos(can do video with firmare hack), handle multiple audio file formats and possess excellent sound quality - there is a difference.

I wasn't sure about getting one at first but then I decided to do so. My cd player stopped working for some reason so I got it for an early bday present and love it. I love it because I don't have to carry my cd player around anymore and all my cd's and I had so many of them. ;) So now I just transfer my cd's onto my ipod and can carry the little thing around with me. It's great when I go on vacation or bike riding or things like that. :loveya:

26. Finally tired of my mixer tapes

I bought an iPod. Shuffle mode is such a relief. The sound is so much better than what I'm used to. Better than the two CD players I own. Very rich and resonant. So now tunes I used to skip over on CD, are being listened to and enjoyed.
