ones they try to make up: like attacking Iraq for reasons other than humanitarian crisis, war crimes, breaking UN law and making up the precident for unilateral war based on the potential of future aggression.

And as for Attorney John Dean, he often writes for findlaw.com's Writ Commentary series. I've read what he's written about this subject matter. Legally, I agree with him somewhat and disagree with him somewhat. We attorneys tend not to agree if at all possible, LOL.
