I just think it is stupid. It's arguable whether it was ever funny, but it's been posted so many times that it's just extremely irritiating, not to mention borderline sexist and/or homophobic and/or insulting to ballet dancers.

By the way, Gep's position on this will probably cost him my vote. I've been leaning toward voting for him, and I'll be looking for how he justifies it when it comes up in debates, but I can't see how he'll be able to do it. It's just too much money, and Bush hasn't proven he has any kind of idea what he's doing.

They are the horses kept by insider group. To make sure if Bush can't win the race, the champion will always fall in same hand.

Howard Dean is an exceptional. He is supported by public not interest group. To prevent his victory, they add another horse, W. Clark, to block Dean's track by stealing Dean's opinion. And activate media to propagand on Clark, even said Clark leads over others. Poll number is one tool to conduct publics sentiment. And naive people believe it.

2. If the money were going to the "troops" then I would say

we've got to help them out. And let the tax cuts from the wealthy corporations help, too. But I heard that relatives of our Soldiers are buying "armor" for them and I'm not sure there is any provision in this money for our Soldiers.

5. The army has already gotten the MONEY for the armor.

Already appropriated. Not one penny of this money goes for armor.And after Halliburton/Bechtel get through with it, very little money for troop stuff like food and water,and very little for reconstruction stuff like re-establishing electricity and clean water.90% PORK!!

bEING RUSHED THROUGH AS IF IT WERE A REAL EMERGENCY, when the troops have enough money through December, maybe January, and Hallibuton/Bechtel/Dyncorp already can get their money anyway.

THIS IS JUST ANOTHER BLANK CHECK. I hope all those unions who are supporting Gephart realize that their children and grandchildren will pay for this.

question were sent a long time ago! That is a FEW of the items were sent a long time ago.

Where is the rest of the monies? Who leaked this about the armor... *it, thinking it would make the people all funky, sad and stuff to push to support this $87 billion coporation give away?

Our troops are living on bare minimum over there and the rest is going to making more weapons and paying off corporations.. PERIOD! It is a leaner army meaning less people and less supplies to keep them up!

War on the cheap as some have said while the BIG $$$ goes into profiteers and MORE KILLING MACHINES!!

7. Why would ANY Dem do ANYTHING to help support Bush/PNAC?

The same question could be asked of those Dems who are voting to support the Syrian Sanctions bill. Why would any Dem vote to support things that enable Bush/PNAC to complete their plans for more war in the ME, world domination, and ME subjugation? Why would any Dem vote to support Israel's current government, when they fully embrace and support Bush/PNAC's plans, and Bush's "re-election", as well as fascist apartheid?

Don't these Dems realize they are helping the Republicans, and may very well be helping Bush's "re-election"? Don't they realize our economy is going down the tubes, and spending $87B in Iraq isn't going to do anything but enrich a few Bush supporters?

Do these Dems give a damn about this country, or anything not tied to helping their re-election/election efforts?

Make the fucker pay for his war. Make him pay for his war. If the war is worth fight, if it's worth laying down 300 American lives, if it's worth 1800 serious injuries and maimings, then goddamnit, it's worth raising taxes enough to cover the fucking cost.

I was at least willing to consider him for VP. Not now. At least he could bargain some! At this stage of the game he's rolling over completely - just like the war resolution - he's cutting the legs out from under the rest of the Democrats. If they'd all stood together on this, maybe they could have had some input. At least make a statement . But this is total acquiecense.

He knows this bill will pass, and he wants to be on the winning side. He just crawled in bed with Holy Joe.

I'm anxiously awaiting Kerry and Edwards' position on this.

He is the one who introduce the bill to authorize the Iraq war power to President Bush. He stood firmly with Lieberman to support Bush's Iraq war. Now he criticise Iraq war to campaign purpose. He maybe a favourite candidate of insider group, but how can he be supported by a high approve rate with such a character?
