HSBC AXE 4,000 WORKERS
HSBC bank was last night attacked as a disgusting money-grabber for sacking 4,000 British staff and switching their jobs to India.

Union chiefs hit out after the multi-national opted to replace UK workers with cheap labour overseas.

Dai Davies of the finance workerÕs union Unifi said: ÒThe decision is disgusting and inhumane. ItÕs all about short term-profit Ð they obviously donÕt give a damn about their staff.Ó

He spoke out after HSBC, the worldÕs biggest bank, announced it was axing 4,000 people in the UK to make way for new call centres in Asia.
