ONE demonstrator has been arrested at a rowdy protest rally in Adelaide outside a convention where Prime Minister John Howard addressed members of the South Australian Liberal Party.

A youth was arrested for disorderly behaviour as about 150 anti-war protesters greeted the prime minister outside the Adelaide Festival Centre. <snip>
