Senate Democrats to Investigate Halliburton

United States Senator Byrond Dorgan of North DaKota has announced that the Senate's Democratic Policy Committee will meet to examine the demotion of an emloyee of Halliburon, the large government contracting company formerly headed by ce President Dick Cheney.

In a report released by the Equality Forum, Halliburton was cited as just one of 8% of companies in the Fortune 500 to not have a policy protectting employees from descrimination within the company on the basis of sexual orientation. (PageOneQ: Wendys and Halliburton among small percentage of Fortune 500 companies not protecting gays and lesbians in the workplace.

on contracting abuses.

This bunch of crooks need to be examined closely and it MUST be brought to the public's attention, media or no media

This guy does such great work through the DPC. I'm not kidding.
He is "on it" with so many ways the United States is being undermined and corrupted.

He has had so much testimony and such great research via that committee...
he needs much more publicity.

Those committee hearings are way more informative and expose so much...
they should be broadcast live on CNN instead of this bogus dog and pony show called the "Roberts confirmation hearings".

9. The story is a bit misleading because it says they are investigating an em
employee of Halliburton when, in fact, they are investigating the demotion of a Pentagon contracting official who blew the whistle on Halliburton's no-bid contracts (Bunnatine Greenhouse).
