Press & Sun Bulletin: Protests mount outside federal building
"BINGHAMTON -- As supporters staged a peaceful vigil outside the federal courthouse this morning, jury selection began in the trial of the four Ithaca residents who face federal charges for spilling blood in a Tompkins County military recruiting office on St. Patrick's Day, 2003.
...
Groups of supporters, at one time numbering more than 100, stood vigil outside the building..."

Given all the protesting, I do not see how this cannot be a mistrial.

There is additionally more info of the history of the St Patrick's 4 available here:

3. It 's explained in his second link, the Counterpunch article.
I surely hope this one will get shorter shrift than the first trial.

Absolutely filthy conduct by the Bush administration in deciding to plunge ahead with even more severe charges.
