North Korea has said it will not give up its nuclear arms programme until it gets a civilian nuclear reactor.
The foreign ministry statement came a day after a dramatic breakthrough in long-running talks over Pyongyang's nuclear weapons programme.

The US earlier rebuffed the request for a light-water reactor, but said on Monday that it may reconsider.

A statement broadcast on North Korean radio early on Tuesday morning local time reiterated Pyongyang's "right to peaceful nuclear activities".

Just let them have nukes. Seriously. Just let them have nukes. Don't offer them anything, and simply isolate them and don't trade with them, but don't antagonize them or fuck with them.

Simply let them go hungry and poor, and wait for the regime to fall on itself.
