Talabani: continuous dialogue with Sunnis over constitution

IRBIL, Sept 30 (KUNA) -- Iraqi President Jalal Talabani on Friday asserted that dialogue with Arab Sunnis are still ongoing to convince them to agree on the Iraqi constitution.

In a press conference, Al-Talabani called on all Iraqis to approve the constitution, noting that Sunni people made some recommendations on Arabic language in Iraq and the Iraqi relationships with the Arab and Islamic worlds.

He added that some Sunnis are trying to hinder the political process rather than negotiating on it, and the government will continue to negotiate with them, noting that many Sunni people approve the current draft of the constitution, but some others do not agree on the constitution even if all their demands were met.

In response to a question, Talabani said there were no disagreements between the Kurdistan Coalition and the Shiite Iraqi United Coalition. Rather, the disagreement is between the Kurdistan Coalition and the Iraqi prime minister, as he does not implement the protocols signed with the Kurdish Coalition and makes unilateral decisions. will be forgotten and a whole new approach will be taken, most likely some hard ass dictator will be identified and installed.

no women's right beyond those in Saudi Arabia?

And that religious state does not even define the person or group that will have the religious veto - over judges decisions and/or over laws?

And Judges must not be totally secular in their reasoning - but again not totally secular is not defined.

And the problem is the current Iraqi prime minister does not implement the protocols signed with the Kurdish Coalition and makes unilateral decisions?
