Anti-War Protesters Gathering on Coasts

WASHINGTON - Protesters began converging on the nation's capital Friday for what they hope will be the largest anti-war demonstration since the fall of Baghdad.

Organizers predicted tens of thousands of people would turn out Saturday in Washington for a march and speeches calling for the removal of U.S. forces from Iraq (news - web sites). Thousands of demonstrators also were expected to flock to San Francisco at the same time for the largest protests there since April, when more than 10,000 people filled the streets.

"The U.S. government has no right to try and recolonize Iraq," said Peta Lindsay, national youth and student coordinator for International ANSWER (Act Now to Stop War and End Racism), which organized the protests with another group, United for Peace and Justice.

3. I wish i could protest

I wish I had the time and money to protest, but my heart was with them. And it still is.

I hope next years will bring the biggest protest this country has ever seen. And I mean big!!!!

4. You have the power to put Bush in an Insane Asylum!

Keep up large continuous protests everywhere he goes. He says it doesn't bother him? You can see by his tone, look and boy language it's tearing to pieces his alcohol/drug induced brain dead 'gray' matter to pieces.

I think it's the best place for him. Better off than being tried for Crimes Against Humanity and being put in a real prison with immates looking for a date.

The people that support Bush are a bunch of bignorant white trash establishment over fed imbreeds and they deserve everything thier selfish little hearts are gonna get when this country takes a nose dive in a big way. I really think Bush and his family and supporters are Nazis. Plain and simple.
