Is MSNBC saying we now have 2 cities surrounded or are they just throwing Uja into a Tikrit umbrella? I thought Tikrit was a much larger city. That would be a major operation. Thanks.

...was a cheap map on the screen with only Tikrit and Baghdad on it. He may have mispoke or I may have misheard? I will change the headline to reflect the dout though. Thank you.
