Dentist Indicted: Two Counts Gross Sexual Imposition (honored by Bush!)

TOLEDO -- According to Jerome Phillips, the attorney representing Dr. Shabbir Hashim, two of the dentist's former employees have accused him of inappropriately touching female patients while they were under anesthesia. Phillips said the former employees said they were present when the alleged inappropriate touching took place.

...the accused was a major donor to Bush's campaign and others. It has not been a good week for Muslims in Toledo. The three therror suspects were arrested, an Arab charity was closed down and it may have had ties to the alleged terrorists, and now this Doctor who is active in the Arab community finds himself in hot water. There's probably no connection, but it does seem like a lot fo Arab or Muslim related arrests in such a small space of time.

...because so many of our recent arrests have involved Arabs or Muslims. It feels like the city has been targeted somehow.. I know that's not likely; it's just the arrests around here don't usually cme in bunches, with a certain religion or country of origin being the tie that binds.
