Report: Milosevic's Blood Had Drug Traces
Edited on Sun Mar-12-06 03:10 PM by acmavm
<snip>

THE HAGUE, Netherlands - Traces of a drug used to treat leprosy and tuberculosis were found in a blood sample taken in recent months from former Yugoslav President Slobodan Milosevic, a Dutch news report said, citing an unidentified "adviser" to the U.N. war crimes tribunal

<snip>Doctors found traces of the drug when they were searching for an answer to why Milosevic's medication for high blood pressure was not working, the report said.

Milosevic was examined last January, according to his legal aide, Zdenko Tomanovic.

The NOS report did not identify the drug found in Milosevic's blood "in a test done in recent months," but said it could have had a "neutralizing effect" on his other medications.

1. Interesting and disturbing.
If true, we're not talking of a casual poisoner; rather, this smacks of something that was done with cold, intelligent, premeditation.

The death penalty is one thing. Poisoning a helpless prisoner another.

2. What if he requested that medication from someone who
visited him? Could have been his own plan.

4. I wouldn't be surprised to learn the bastard pulled a "Hermann Goering"
People like this are willing to make others suffer, but lack the balls to face justice themselves.

Bastard.
