By THE ASSOCIATED PRESS

Filed at 12:31 p.m. ET

BROWNSTOWN, Ind. (AP) -- A man pleaded guilty Friday to molesting and killing a 10-year-old girl whose body was found in a creek 15 miles from her southern Indiana home.

how bad a prosecutor they have there - he might not have pled.

I fully expected him to lose - unless he got someone else to try the case for him.

3. A I am against the DP
B - Even if the person is guilty of a horrible crime like this man, why do a very expensive trial just to get the DP. Plea and life without parole....
