US looks to speed arms exports, build ties
"If we don't do something to improve it, we will be cut out of that market," the executive said, calling the opening of the Indian defense market an "absolutely tremendous" opportunity.

2. The real issue with India is its fragile governmental control
Attacks against the Indian government are increasing and the people are becoming disenchanted with them.
