Turkey hit by worst civil unrest in years
Turkey is in the grip of its worst civil unrest in years amid clashes between Kurdish separatists and security forces. There were intense riots in the south east last week after the funerals of 14 members of the outlawed Kurdistan Workers Party. Scores of people are reported to have been killed in the disturbances.

There were more deaths overnight. Three people were killed when protests in Istanbul turned violent. They were crushed by a bus that veered from its path after being set ablaze by a petrol bomb. Analysts say the trouble in the south east has been fuelled by unemployment and poverty. But Kurds also want more autonomy from Anakara.

2. It ain't easy being a Kurd
'Those whom the Gods would destroy
first they make promising.'
That quip is custom made for the Kurds -
looks like the 'promising' part of the equation
is fading fast.

6. It's much worse than reported.
I've been reading European online magazines, and they show photos. This is spiraling out of control. The photos show chaos, huge groups of people in the streets.

And yes, I believe the instability in Iraq is pressuring the Kurds to want autonomy.

7. I can't imagine the rulers of Turkey are too pleased.
The incident that set this off has the look of something planned, too, nothing like a few martyrs.

8. Is it me...
or does there seem to be a lot of protest/unrest globally at the moment? France, Turkey, Wales, the US (immigration), etc.

Not that it means anything really, but it's just interesting to note.

9. If you believe in the stars being a sign of times to come
we just had a solar eclipse over turkey the past week... it could be a sign of troubling times in that region...

I believe Everything is connected and there are NO coincidences...

is one piece of the realignment.Maybe the stars promoted this situation but Bush Co is implementing it quit nicely.

14. If you look at the regions which are being destabilized and
look at the Solar eclipse path it was over those unstable regions...

I'm not saying the stars are doing it but that the stars are giving us signs

saying watchout or something big is going to happen hear...

WWIII is something big...when we attack Iran ... its going to get ugly...
