Edited on Mon Apr-03-06 02:35 PM by Bushknew
Did they ever show them? The government said they were withholding these tapes to show to the jury.

WELL, what is the excuse now?

5. I think the verdict is only on ELIGIBILITY for death
Won't there be a separate verdict later for the penalty itself?

Edited on Mon Apr-03-06 03:08 PM by phusion
It's a "sentencing trial" which probably means death or life in prison for him.

edit: You're right. Here's a little more info: http://www.alertnet.org/thenews/newsdesk/N03312099.htm

10. One innocent stooge must fry for the crimes of our criminal rulers
What a laughing stock of a "trial" this travesty of justice has been from the very start.

12. You are still befuddled by the concept that there should be justice!
How pre 2000 you are in your thinking. :sarcasm:

13. This is the most expense case of "suicide by cop" in history
I suspect that being executed for 9/11 is the only way Moussaoui can consider himself a success at this point.
