No, it means more people are having to work at more than one job to make ends meet. The large conglomerate radio companies hame mostly part time DJs, who in turn work for clubs as DJs. We have five such part timers that account for ten jobs.
So, Labor Department, I ask you, how many of those 211,000 already had one job and in March got a second job? I'm willing to bet at least half.
