1. The problem with that is they could sneak in and it be a misdemeanor;

however, when they forge a driver's license (Felony), if they forge a birth certificate (Felony), if it's their second time trying to get into the country (Felony). So you see, it meant nothing either way. Both parties posturing trying to look like the compassionate one.

All of this illegal immigration rights being brought out now is Rove and his cronies for Bush and Cheney to deflect the attention off the war, off Bush's political move in outing a CIA agent, Cheney's unfortunate accidental shooting, and most importantly to them, oil prices rising yet again just before the Memorial Day weekend with crude at almost $70. Pathetic.

They continue to lie to the people of New Orleans.
