Six major powers to meet in Moscow on Iran nuclear crisis
UNITED NATIONS : Six major powers will meet in Moscow on Tuesday to take stock after Iran announced its scientists had enriched uranium to make nuclear fuel, in open defiance of a UN demand for a freeze of such sensitive work.

---

The high-level gathering, on the sidelines of a meeting of foreign ministry political directors of the Group of Eight (G8) powers, was to bring together top officials from Britain, China, France, Russia and the United States - the five permanent members of the UN Security Council - plus Germany.

---

The Moscow meeting is expected to be attended by virtually the same officials who met here March 20 and failed to agree on a long-term strategy to deal with Iran.

They include US Under Secretary of State for Political Affairs Nicholas Burns, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Kislyak and foreign ministry political directors John Sawers of Britain, Stanislas de Laboulaye of France, and Michael Schaefer of Germany.

2. They'll probably make some deals, figure out who gets what.
They trade human lives like kids trade baseball cards. Of course, if everybody can't come to what seems like an equitable distribution of the blood money, then we can't attack -- keep your fingers crossed.

7. Russia is donating money to Hamas in direct defiance of both
the European Union and the USA. The cards are being played and will serve as a check on The Chimperor's desire to be the Ruler of the World Community. :P

The sooner we get these USA PNAC ghouls calmed down, the sooner we can take another deep breath.

These PNAC people want to lead us into Armageddon. What can the Average American do to stop this?

6. Iran nuclear crisis? - WHAT crisis??
.
.
.

There has been no evidence that Iran is making a bomb, only that they want to enrich their own uranium for peaceful purposes rather than pay another country to do it.

The "crisis" is the USA's sabre-rattling that they MAY be capable of making a bomb or two in the future - as if even THAT would be a threat to the USA that has THOUSANDS of nuclear weapons AND the capability (and sadly the willingness) to deliver them anywhere on the globe.

I find no comfort in realizing that the rest of the world has such a hard time recognizing the USA's agenda -

UMMM

and remember.

The last country that used the "preventive/pre-emptive" war reasoning invaded Poland in the 40's . .

and genocide resulted

The similarities are frightening

unreasonable search and seizure

detention without charges

civil liberties curbed

we learned nothing . .

(sigh)

9. The delegates will probably polarize
into 2 groups: 1) Britain, the U.S. 2) Russia, China.
France will sit on the fence, methinks.

The party is in fact divided quite evenly! The US will come with an urgent demeanor: intense faces, gesturing of hands in the air. We MUST do something, quick. Before they do something. There will be some threats in there, just for good measure.

The Russians and China, however, will be rather subdued and quiet. They know the scoop. They know the Americans and their theatrical ways. They've watched Soap Opera too!

They will backpedal, which is probably the smart thing to do. Commit to nothing. Make vague assurances of, "Oh, we'll talk to them....soon". "Don't worry, be Happy".

It will be Much Ado About Nothing.
