from the linked site:

Bush left the helicopter smiling, saying there had been some sort of incident and everyone was asked to leave. There is no word on the nature of the incident.

On board the chopper with Bush was Scott McClellan, who had just resigned, and advisor Karl Rove. Two others were also on board.

19. My Law Of Cold Sores
I have a theory that good things happen in ones - one good things happens, then you wait, then, maybe another good thing happens. They are isolates.

But, with my Cold Sore Theory Of Life, I firmly believe - having witnessed this for many decades - that bad things happen in clusters, like cold sores popping up on heretofore smooth lips. One pops, then another, then another.

I'd like to think that this little helicopter incident is just another cold sore making its way to the surface, and that many, many more will follow.

Gonna need BIG bottles of this stuff over at 1600 PA:

24. Yes, now it has been added to
one of the McClellan stories...

White House spokesman resigning

<snip>
Ater the announcement, Bush and McClellan walked across the lawn together and boarded Marine One, but a problem with the helicopter's radio kept it grounded. The president and his staff were forced to take a motorcade to Andrews Air Force Base, Maryland, where Bush was scheduled to depart for Alabama.

61. Transcript of helicopter incident leaked.
Just a couple of minutes ago a misdirected homing pigeon landed on my windowsill here inside the Beltway. The pigeon's message is obviously a partial transcript of the helicopter incident. Here is the text in full:

ATTN: VICE PRESIDENT CHENEY, MOUNT WEATHER PRESIDENTIAL PALACE
DELIVERED VIA HOMING PIGEON

TRANSCRIPT OF HELICOPTER CONVERSATION RELEVANT TO OPERATION HURDY GURDY

THE PRESIDENT: Now, Scottie, I know I told you I was going to give you a lift to the airport so you could go to the Caymans to inspect your secret bank accounts, but, um, the plan has changed, heheheh.

KARL ROVE: (audible laughing)

SCOTT MCCLELLAN: What do you mean, Mr. President?

THE PRESIDENT: Well, you see now, we've been having problems with this leaking, you know. There was Colin, and that guy O'Neill and the other guy from American Bandstand--I loved that show, didn't you, Turd Blossom?

ROVE: Yessss.

THE PRESIDENT: What were we talking about?

ROVE: You were about to tell Scott that we're going to kill him now. You were about--

MCCLELLAN: Oh, shit!

ROVE: You were about to direct our two unnamed friends here to open the helicopter door. You were about to laugh at Scotty and say, "you're fucked now, buddy."

THE PRESIDENT: Oh yeah right. Thanks, Turd Blossom. Scottie, we're gonna kill you now. Guys, open the--

MCCLELLAN: Oh, shit!

THE PRESIDENT: Shut the fuck up, Scottie. I'm the goddamned President. Interrupt me again and I'll make sure you fucking regret it. Guys, open the helicopter door. And, um... what was that other thing, Turd Blossom?

ROVE: Laugh at him and say--

THE PRESIDENT: You're Guckert's butt buddy, haahahaahaa! See, Turd Blossom? I remembered.

MCCLELLAN: Oh, shit! Oh, shit! Oh, shit! Oh, shit!

THE PRESIDENT: Hahahaha! Look, he's pissin' his pants! Hey, assholes, let Scottie go. I'm the President. I want to toss him off my own self, hahaha!

MCCLELLAN: Oh, shit! Oh, shit! Oh, shit! Oh, shit!

ROVE: Mr. President, I think Scott's had enough now.

THE PRESIDENT: Here we go! Oh! Hahahaha! Nah, I'm just fuckin' with ya. But not really.

ROVE: What the President is trying to say, Scott, is that we have agreed to let you go only because it is convenient to our current agenda. We still own you. If you talk to anyone, if you tell anything, something far more unpleasant than this will happen to you. And don't forget that ten percent of your interest income goes to me from now on.

THE PRESIDENT: Okay, guys, you can close the door now.... That's better. Wait a minute--what's that damned smell? Scottie, you asshole, did you crap your pants? Open that goddamned door you fuckwits! Why'd you close it in the first place?
