US warns Russia over aid to Iran
http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/middle_east/4924744.stm

A senior US official has called on Russia to stop helping Iran build its first civilian nuclear power station.
After talks in Moscow to discuss Iran's nuclear programme, US envoy Nicholas Burns said other nations should not help Iran, even on civilian projects.

The tension between the US and Russia comes despite attempts to present a united front to Iran.

Tehran has defied UN calls to stop nuclear activity, saying last week it had successfully enriched uranium.

Now we got Russia involved...

4. Wagging the Imperial finger works well on those that can't hurt you.
Bushco should act carefully when wagging the finger at those that could reach out and break it.

I hope they are not so rude to the Chinese during their upcoming visit.

If things weren't so serious, Bushco's belicose belligerence would be mildly entertaining.

Sort of like the theater one might see watching pro-wrestling. :sarcasm:

5. Does everyone see what they are doing?
The US is trying to cripple Iran....just like we did with Iraq. After 10 years of sanctions, Iraq was pretty weak.

It was very easy to march in and "take" the country. That's what they are hoping to do with Iran.

Notice here: "Other nations should not help Iran, not even on civilian projects". Can you believe it? Next they'll be telling India they can't sell food to them, or Europe can't do banking with the Iranians.
