(AP) April 23, 2006 - The White House says the latest message from Osama bin Laden indicates the terror leader is on the run and under pressure.

Spokesman Scott McClellan says the intelligence committee believes the voice on a tape broadcast Sunday by Al-Jazeera is that of bin Laden.

Congresswoman Jane Harman says the tape is a reminder that bin Laden is still at-large four years after the 9/11 attacks.

The California Democrat told "Fox News Sunday" that the US involvement in Iraq is part of the reason bin Laden hasn't been found.
