Bodies of 15 Sunnis found in Baghdad (were seeking jobs)
http://www.cnn.com/2006/WORLD/meast/04/24/iraq.main/index.html

BAGHDAD, Iraq (CNN) -- The bodies of 15 men believed to be Sunni Muslims have been found in the Abu Ghraib section of Baghdad, police said Monday.

The group reportedly was heading to Iraq's Anbar province to seek work with Iraqi security forces, police said.

The men, whose bodies were found in two vehicles on Sunday, all appeared to have died from gunshots.

Police said the men were Sunnis based on the surnames on the victims' IDs.

5. The insurgents form of punishment is killing
just like the Shia militias form of punishment is killing.

6. I don't think this is part of any insurgency.
This seems more like revenge from Shiites for decades of oppression under the Ba'ath party. Remember, it's militias that are essentially in charge of Iraq right now. Jaafari and al-Maliki are Da'awa and SCIRI has plenty of power, too.

7. There is no way to tell
The insurgents don't want them to join the military and the militias don't either and both are willing to kill to stop them.

3. It isn't our fault that they do this to one another.
It IS our fault that it is so easy and without consequences.
