Charter School Demotes Leader (theft)
Pitter, who has been under investigation for months for dipping into school accounts for thousands of dollars in personal expenses, submitted phony documents and lied about his credentials in sworn testimony earlier this month in the ongoing investigation, according to Attorney General Richard Blumenthal.
