CNN: 89% of Iraqi's Don't Trust Coalition Forces
Edited on Mon Dec-01-03 12:08 PM by Cush
Just mentioned on CNN. There's a new Oxford Poll out, 89% of the Iraqi's interviewed said that the only people they trust are their Clerics and fellow Muslims, etc...

Isn't this just dandy?

11. As the Jews loved the Nazi Germans
Hey, at least our Totalitarian Empire is "kinder and gentler" than the Nazis.

Of course, I would attribute that to the Busheviks being well-versed in advertising and public relartiosn, in which if one wants to re-introduce a previously discredited product, one must repackage the product and be assiduously certain not to have any connection between the new product trying to be reintroduced and the old, discredited product.

2. The inevitability of an Iraqi Islamic Fundamentalist state
is now dawning on republican geo-political realists (as opposed to the neo-cons who still live in their dream world), and the word must be broken gently to the public before the elections in Iraq (and, not coincidentally in the U.S. in 2004).

The Ayatollah of Iraq will not be a friendly entity.

The stupidity and blundering idiocy of this invasion is only just beginning to unfold.

3. They must be smarter than Americans.
The numbers should be similar here, but too many imbeciles let Rush & Fox News do their thinking for them.

5. The other 11 % are lying.
They are hoping that by lying and saying they love the USA, maybe bush*/republicans won't kill them or their families.

10. Here ya go:
"The Iraqis know what they know they know, but don't yet know what they don't know they don't know. Will they know what they don't know? At some point, of course they will. Until then, at such time as they know what they don't yet know, we know that the coalition forces will keep the peace and continue the progress on the ground."

13. The idiots in the administration ...
... put a massive amount of misplaced faith in the "Reverse Domino Theory".

The U.S. went to Vietnam to prevent the original "Domino Theory" from taking place. The theory went that if Vietnam fell to the communists, then all the surrounding countries, like good little dominoes, would then fall to communism also.

The "Reverse Domino Theory" that says that after the U.S. imposes "democracy" at the point of a gun, then all the surrounding countries will, like good little dominoes, adopt "democracy" before you can say "Bob's your uncle".

It's appalling that our "leaders" are so irrational, hidebound and ruthless.
