U.S. Marine killed in Anbar province
Associated Press

BAGHDAD, Iraq - A U.S. Marine was killed Friday in Anbar province, just hours
after an American soldier was killed by a roadside bomb northwest of Baghdad,
the American military reported Friday.

The Marine, assigned to Regimental Combat Team 7, died as a result of enemy
action, military officials said in a statement.

The soldier was on a dismounted patrol when the explosion occurred, officials
said in a separate statement.

Authorities were not releasing the names of the deceased while they contact
their next of kin.

3. "It's just a number"........
and numbers, for the BUsh Administration, are something to be glossed over, not paid attention to and manipulated to further their twisted agenda. Hey, 144,999 soldiers WERE NOT killed in Iraq today. You don't hear the "liberal media" trumpeting that fact! So, what's the big deal? :sarcasm:

4. Throw two more on the big pile and start another one....

Grass Bush

Pile the bodies high in Austerlitz and Waterloo Iraq
Shovel them under and let me work--
I am the grass; bush; I cover all.

And pile them high in Gettyburg Baghdad
And pile them high in Ypres and Vedum Mossoul and Al Fallaujah

Two years, ten years, and passengers ask the conductor:
What place is this?

I am the grass bush.
Let me work.

Shame how it's the shit-scared squaddie who gets blown up rather than the
propaganda-spouting REMF.
