6. On FOX News
When they mentioned this story on FOX tonight they made sure to mention that Haliburton did not profit from any overcharges.

I had to throw up after that.

12. Maybe, ummm, maybe ...
Cheney will resign and go into background like one of the other admin members most recently and follow Wolfowitz out (heard he's leaving after first of year)? Nahh, didn't think so, but thought it was worth at least mentioning :eyes:

and had that anti-fraud provision taken out of that bill for the 87 billion. They can't be prosecuted!

17. Doesn't matter. The "Liberal Media" will cut the "legs" out from under it.
Just like they do EVERY story that should outrage the Sheeple...

If this keeps building, one "benefit" will be that we get an orgy between the two "tribes" with fuzzy video of bare boobs and buns wiggling all over the screen....Or maybe Dr. Phil will have Paris on and critique her technique while they roll "The Video"...

21. Not to worry people. The Sherrif is returning the loot. He smoked 'em out!

http://story.news.yahoo.com/news?tmpl=story&u=/ap/20031213/ap_on_go_pr_wh/halliburton_probe&cid=544&ncid=716

The Sherrif "...trying to calm a political storm, said Friday that Vice President Dick Cheney (news - web sites)'s former company should repay the government if it overcharged for gasoline delivered in Iraq (news - web sites) under a controversial prewar contract.

"If there's an overcharge, like we think there is, we expect that money be repaid," the president told reporters when asked about the Halliburton contract controversy."

Nothing to see here folks, move along.

22. You left the best part out
Edited on Sat Dec-13-03 01:29 AM by jokerman2004
He followed that by saying something close to:

The America people deserve a return on their investment. LOL

on edit:
The only way to explain a statement like that in the face of the incalcuable sacrifices that are being made -- Sheriff Punchpretzle is living in an alternat f'ing universe.
