Dennis Kucinich meets dream ticket
http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/world/americas/3310427.stm

Dennis Kucinich's chances of winning the US Democrat presidential nomination may be slim but for supporter Gina Marie Santore he is still the best bet. "He's the only single one," the unmarried New Jersey woman explained over a drink before a date with Mr Kucinich in Concord, New Hampshire.

Ms Santore won a light-hearted internet poll to find him a "First Lady" after the issue arose in a debate last month.

Ms Satore, a sheriff's confidential aide and self-declared lifelong Democrat, did not specify which of Dennis Kucinich's views "intoxicated" her most but the candidate himself has made quite clear the kind of woman he wants by his side in the White House.

"As a bachelor I get a chance to fantasise about my first lady," he said at a debate in Manchester, New Hampshire, last month. "I certainly want a dynamic, outspoken woman who was fearless in her desire for peace in the world and for universal, single-payer health care and a full-employment economy."

10. RE: "Rusty Pipes"
What he said:
"I certainly want a dynamic, outspoken woman who was fearless in her desire for peace in the world and for universal, single-payer health care and a full-employment economy."

Reading between the lines:
"I certainly want a dynamite, softspoken woman who is fearless in my desire for a piece and for universal, single-payer health care, a full-employment economy and who is also smashingly well endowed."

2. It would be so cool if Kucinich found his life-partner because
of his campaign.

7. I believe Kucinich would be a good president
I am afraid he would be like Jimmy Carter, great person, great leader but too nice/honest to make it in the "dog eat dog" world of DC politics. However, the lovely ladies that are lining up to be his partner would certainly make it a good couple. With the rabid right wing in control, we need a doctor to administer the antidote.

8. I came across this article that might interest DK backers. It ain't over
til it's over.

http://www.utne.com/web_special/web_specials_2003-12/articles/11008-1.html

The same internet statistics that predicted within less than one percentage point the percentage Howard Dean won the the Moveon.org internet primary by shows Dennis Kucinich ahead of all the candidates except Howard Dean, who holds a strong lead on Kucinich as well. And in the California Democratic Council (CDC) Vote, Howard Dean took a commanding first place with 56.11 percent of the vote with Dennis Kucinich placing second with 17.19 percent and Wesley Clark with 14.48 percent.

Kucinich is now, with a usual estimate of two percent support in most polls, where Clinton Was in the Months before the Start of the 1991 Primaries. But the congressman's very strong showing in web activity is a very positive sign that suggests pollsters who poll just a few hundred people may be wrong about Kucinich. The Alexa.com stats used in this article that show Dean, then Kucinich in the lead, ahead of the pack, are based on data from hundreds of thousands of internet users. The CDC vote was based on votes from delegates, representing 130 Democratic clubs and county central committees.
