We need to share the burden, bring in other countries, and make it clear to the world that Iraq belongs to the Iraqi people.”

kerry says the same thing he has been saying. bush is still failing in getting international support to help improve the conditions in iraq. and saddam's capture does not change those problems. but he has a chance now with saddams capture to go to them and ask for help.
